Primarily taken up front in USD ($) by way of Ko-fi listing. However, depending on the sort of work inquired, PayPal invoices may be an alternative discussed.

Work begins after full payment is received. Partial payments, at most (though not guaranteed), secure a spot in queue; no progress will be made on commissions until the rest is received.

Typical turnaround time tends to be three (3) to seven (7) days, though this is subject to change based on external factors such as illness or travel. I will do my best to communicate these delays.

Visual forms of character reference are required. Flat-colored and full body sheets are most ideal, but other forms are acceptable so long as details and/or colors are clearly defined, such as screenshots. I will not work off of Picrews or other such media.

Different commission types have different character maximums (i.e. the number of subjects in a single piece). These are outlined in their respective listings; please abide by them.

As I work, I send progress updates to check in and ensure accuracy. These come in three stages, generally: Sketch, linework, flat colors. Substantial edits requested after flat color approval will result in an additional fee.

By default, backgrounds are kept simple. There will never be a fee*. Transparent backgrounds are available upon request/provided for certain commission types by default. {* Scenic/complex backgrounds are up for discussion; however, they will have an additional fee.}

Upon completed delivery, commissions become the client's responsibility. I cannot guarantee that I will retain a copy, given the schedule in which I clear files.

I maintain the right to use completed commissions as examples/portfolio entries. That being said, if you wish to keep your commission entirely private, please let me know as soon as possible so I can honor your request.

Commissions are for personal use only, unless this is discussed otherwise before work starts. (Notable exceptions include commissions such as logos and merchandise design work.) It is absolutely okay to use commissions as icons and other such things; I simply ask for credit if you do.

I do work on personal art/writing in between orders; this does not mean I am ignoring your commission. I cannot be in "work mode" constantly, and these ventures serve as a self-care.
